Not tonight's ban, no. Panoui! shows the everyday rule on a block, and in winter it adds the city's snow-removal parking lots as a map layer. For an operation happening right now, check the City of Montréal's own snow-removal map. And whatever any map tells you, ours included, the signs on the street are the ones that decide.
Once you tell it. Add your vignette zone to a vehicle and permit curbs stop reading as a flat red wall: they switch to the yellow vignette layer, which means this block is permit-only, so compare the code on the sign with the one on your sticker. Panoui! won't make that match for you, sticker numbers and sign codes don't line up reliably enough to bet a ticket on. Permits are saved per vehicle, and you have none until you add one.

Panoui! runs in any browser at app.panoui.com, nothing to download, and it adds to your home screen like an app: on iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”; on Android, open it in Chrome, open the menu, then “Install app”. The iPhone version is a private pilot on TestFlight; for Android, the store buttons at the top of this page say where things stand.
